Covid-19

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • You will be emailed a Covid-19 self-screening assessment to be completed before coming to your appointment. 

 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

  • Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.

  • Sanitize your hands with provided alcohol gel at the entrance. 

  • Please arrive with a mask on, if not, one will be given to you. 

  • You will be screened for your risk of COVID-19 prior to the start of the session. You will have to answer the Covid-19 screening questionnaire questions.

  1. Did you have close contact with anyone with acute respiratory illness or traveled outside of Ontario in the past 14 days?

  2. Did you have close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

  3. Do you have any of the following symptoms?

  •  Fever

  • New onset of cough

  • Worsening chronic cough

  • Shortness of breath

  • Sore throat

  • Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell

If you answer YES to any of these questions, Please reschedule your visit.

 

DURING YOUR TREATMENT

  • Please wear a mask  

  • I will be also wearing a mask

 

BEHIND THE SCENES

  • Linens, blankets, headrest covers, and pillowcases will be changed and table will be disinfected.

  • Treatment room will be completely disinfected between each appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Vive Massage Therapy has a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, you will be charged for the missed appointment. However, if you have an emergency or are sick, please let me know so I can treat your specific situation with personal attention.
